Uponor receipt of payment, the packages are prepared within a maximum of 15 days, depending on their availability and/or their manufacture. They are generally delivered within 72 hours in France and seven days abroad. The standard shipping method does not require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so don’t hesitate to get in touch with us before choosing this method. For all shipping methods, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track your package online by UPS, DHL, TNT, CHRONOPOST, LA POSTE or other companies.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and transportation. According to your order’s price or weight, they can contain a fixed part and a variable part. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Insurance can be subscribed to on the real value of the product.
Packages are sized and protected. Shipping rates are based on the weight/volume ratio of the package and the destination. Select the shipping method corresponding to your purchase (carrier, home delivery point…). The incoterms used for all shipments worldwide are DAP, except on request and special requirements.
